04/05/2024: As an American living in Paris for 10 years I I still hadn’t tried this place yet, and now I know why I avoid corporate chain restaurants like this one. Ugh. Appropriating US culture with all that faux old timey Route 66 baloney would be less insulting if they made a decent cheeseburger, but mine arrived smothered in….sauce. ON THE OUTSIDE. Requiring fork and knife, for one thing, which by itself is ridiculous, and rendering the bun all soggy on top. When I informed the management as I was paying my bill that what they served me was in fact an insult to cheeseburgers, I was informed this is a French cheeseburger. Ha. Hahahahaaa
A decade living in Paris. And a cheeseburger aficionado. Never has anyone served me a burger drenched in sauce. I rarely leave restaurant reviews. If they hadn’t tried to gaslight me (was it my accent?) into believing a burger with sauce on the outside is a FRENCH thing, I’d have left it alone. But to insult French cuisine also?? Mais non. I began composing this review on the way out the door.

19/12/2024: Nous avions commandé des biscuits et cupcakes pour notre goûter de Noël d'entreprise. À la réception, le jour J, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il n'y avait pas la bonne quantité de gâteaux, parfois même d'autres gâteaux que nous n'avions pas commandé. En contactant le service client, nous avons été étonné que notre interlocutrice s'agace de la situation en nous précisant que "nous n'avions plus de ci alors on vous a mis plus de ça, quand même". Aberrant d'être à la limite de se faire remonter les bretelles en tant que client alors qu'il relève du bon sens de nous prévenir en amont qu'il n'était plus possible de nous livrer la commande dans son entièreté... Professionnalisme très douteux, gâteaux qui le sont, par ailleurs, tout autant. Très mauvaise expérience.

23/04/2024: I don't know if we had a bad evening, but the waiter was terrible, he left the bar to chat with his friends and he bought sandwich bread for our boards of questionable quality. Finally he kindly directed us towards the door because we hadn't made the number even though his TPE wasn't working! Scandal
23/04/2024: Never seen such an unfriendly server. Unpleasant as hell, closes 1 hour early while celebrating an event, no one at the bar for 30 minutes… the tapas bar next door is very nice

15/08/2024: A real gem of fast food in the Marais. Here, the hot dogs are well stuffed and the prices are more than reasonable. You can customize your hot dog by choosing the type of meat (but a vegetarian option is available), sauce and various toppings. The fried onion and the Algerian sauce recommended by the legendary Cyrelle remain the winning combination. Cyrelle, Kevin and Giorgio, who always welcomed me with a smile, guarantee a service that is both friendly and professional. It's validated!
Takeaway only, payment by card possible.

I highly recommend!
12/05/2024: Quick place for hotdogs. You get a selection of chicken, beef, or pork. Variety of toppings and base. Very fast service, attentive and friendly staff. Excellent for a snack on the go or a midnight bite after a night out.
PS, not many places are open past 22:00 in Paris for a quick bite..
