18/09/2024: The Buffalo Grill in Montauban is an excellent address for those who love friendly and generous cuisine. The western atmosphere is warm, ideal for a meal with family or friends. I tasted their steak with my mother which was tender and tasty. The service was fast. I highly recommend it for a casual meal in Montauban.
26/08/2024: The situation at this establishment is currently delicate, but I'm not that surprised.
Some staff are very nice, others less so.
We regret the errors in the orders, the cooking of the meats not respected (why ask then?) and the rather slow service.
Besides, we skipped the desserts precisely because of these lengths.
It's clear that there was a problem but I have a big thought for all the employees of this restaurant.
I hope that management will avoid the usual vague comments about its attachment to customer comfort, to improving services and to my undiminished trust.

01/12/2024: Family snack break! We wanted hot drinks and for our little one to play games!
Surprise, the coffee machine is broken (this was already the case almost 15 days ago)
Ok we'll take something else since we promised our daughter that she would play in the games.
We order and go out to enjoy the sun!
Surprise the games are closed!!!
The order arrives, they no longer have any cinnamon rolls!!! Conclusion of the moment:
Lamentable! When it's not 30 minutes of waiting for the games in the bogus happy meals and a site beyond the hygiene limit, it's out of stock, machine broken, games closed.
We live nearby, it was convenient to go for a walk! We will take the car and go to Burger King or KFC

29/09/2024: It's been 25 minutes since I paid for my order at the drive-thru and there's still a car in front of me waiting for their order!! No but what is this fast food!!
28/09/2024: 0/5 in fact I ordered at 6 p.m. and we were served at 6:40 p.m., an exorbitant waiting time knowing that there was almost no one at the drive-thru or in the restaurant. Very disappointing. If you want to have quality and fast service I highly recommend that of Montech.

25/07/2024: Plat difficile à annuler 7 secondes après la commande. Burger infâme avec caillou qui a manqué de casser deux dents. Serveur peu aimable et peu concerné. Comme tous les bar à touristes….. À ÉVITER !!!!
