29/08/2024: Great in Winter ! Not really like Carnaby Street, but it’s okay :)
17/08/2024: Bad experience. The girl who was answering the phone (glasses, tattooed) was not friendly. He doesn't know how to make change and is aggressive in his way of speaking. Honestly I won't go back to this Starbucks. A slice of crumbled lemon cake was served and the banana cake was VERY HARD... an experience so unpleasant that it even made me look around to see if I was really at Starbucks.
Smiling at the customer or saying good morning with kindness is the least... let's be consistent, shall we?

04/06/2024: La pire expérience en 40 ans ! Manifestement en ce 4 juin 2024 au soir, une équipe inexpérimentée et inefficace qui a même dû se faire aider par du personnel sensé être en repos ! Il ne suffit pas de prendre des airs cool pour satisfaire un client ! Corrigez vite svp !
