16/09/2024: Unpleasant experience, My partner and I decided to stop and eat at their fast food restaurant last night. The restaurant's trash cans were overflowing, trays lying on the tables, waste on the floor (it seems to me that a sweep takes no time) When ordering we received a royal cheese without cheese, all on a dirty tray with the fries even on the tray, a preparation error can happen but when I ask for an exchange they half laugh in my face and after having it finally change. Not even an excuse, it's limited if if it was thrown in my face it would have been the same. I won't go back and I don't recommend it at all. I hope the franchisee will shake things up... Because in terms of cleanliness, it’s far from that
