18/02/2026: The storefront is really inviting; it's pretty and appealing. Unfortunately, the experience inside didn't live up to expectations. The welcome wasn't particularly warm, which created a bit of distance right from the start. The music didn't really match the theme of the place, which somewhat spoiled the atmosphere. As for the dish, the chicken was very dry, tasteless, and the portion was small. It's a shame because the potential is there, but there are some important areas for improvement.

17/02/2026: We ordered takeout on a Saturday at lunchtime. The woman told us there would be a 30-minute wait. We returned 30 minutes later, and this time, she greeted us with, "It's nowhere near ready!" Not an apology, almost a reproach for returning after the promised time. She asked us to come back in 15 minutes. We returned another 15 minutes later, and the order still wasn't ready. The woman criticized us for not having eaten in, saying, "It would have been faster." We realized they had served all the dine-in customers before tackling the takeout orders, which wouldn't have been a problem if there had been clear communication from the start and if we had been told there would be an hour's wait. Instead, we were met with reproaches and the feeling that we were bothering the woman with our order. I had to raise my voice in the restaurant, in front of the other customers, before our order finally arrived after an hour. The food was good but not amazing and quite expensive, especially since the takeout price is the same as eating in (even though they don't have to serve or wash dishes for a takeout order...). No compensation was offered for the very long wait; we were disappointed and don't plan to return.
