The cuisine is refined and creative, a true delight for the taste buds. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A top-notch experience that I highly recommend.

01/02/2026: We came this Saturday at lunchtime to eat a galette, thinking we'd get something good quickly. The service was good and they were responsive. However, 30 minutes for our two galettes to come out of the kitchen is far too long. Given the wait, we didn't order dessert. It was quite good, but not extraordinary compared to other crêperies in Rennes. Furthermore, the salad served on top of the galette ruined it; you couldn't even see your plate. We'll go somewhere else next time.

28/02/2026: We stopped by chance on Via Roma. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was full, but he offered us a table within 15 minutes. We waited at the bar, enjoying a delicious homemade punch, which gave us the opportunity to meet the owner's charming daughter, who was working as a bartender that evening. We chatted with her and got to know the team, who are truly fantastic. We had amazing pizzas with an incredible crust. I don't usually eat the crust, but this time I ate it all! 💪 That's how amazing the crust is. Kudos to the two pizza chefs! 👍 And a little bonus: the "Papa Gourmand" dessert, which I absolutely loved. I won't say more; you'll have to discover it for yourselves! Well done to the whole team, keep up the great work! 👍👍👍👍 The Normans 😉

We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert: the portions were just right—plenty of food that left us feeling satisfied without being stuffed or hungry. The homemade quality of the ingredients is evident. The sauces, confits, and other accompaniments were delicious. 👌 There were seven of us, and everyone agreed.

And the prices are unbeatable. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible for the area. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a great time with a fantastic team, look no further.
