16/03/2026: The main salon had live music, people were dancing, and the energy was great. As we came for dinner, we were glad to be placed in a more quiet room. The food was ok. Great atmosphere overall and nice staff.

15/03/2026: Thank you for a wonderful evening last night. The restaurant was very pleasant, with a lovely atmosphere, a great menu, and beautiful dishes. Definitely worth discovering!
13/03/2026: This is my second time eating at this lovely restaurant, which brings back wonderful memories of the French West Indies and Réunion. It's impossible to resist the perfectly prepared rougail sausage with a coconut punch. A little ray of sunshine on a very rainy day!

29/03/2026: A very disappointing dinner at Santé Carne. There were four of us, and despite a rather pleasant atmosphere at first, the overall experience clearly didn't live up to the prices. The welcome was practically nonexistent, with barely a hello and no goodbye, which set the tone from the moment we arrived. The service was slow and inattentive, with an interminable wait for the bill and then the payment machine, and to top it off, an error on the bill with uneaten dishes. The plates arrived cold, which meant the meat cooled down immediately—quite problematic for a restaurant supposedly specializing in this area. The side dishes were bland and tasteless, and the wine list offered bottles for over €30 without the quality or service justifying the price. In the end, at around €75 per person, you expect a minimum of attention, a smile, a thank you, or even a small gesture of goodwill, but there was none of that. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the value for money and the service clearly need improvement.

Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow (Sunday evening).
As for the food, the first glass of wine shouldn't have been served (undrinkable and immediately replaced), the meat was overcooked for a rare order, and all of this was not at all up to the price.
A pleasant experience nonetheless.

22/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome for a friend's birthday. The food was delicious, the setting unique, and the owner and servers were lovely and attentive. A fantastic restaurant!
16/03/2026: Everything was perfect. The welcome was extremely warm, and the meat, wine, and desserts were excellent! I can't wait to return to Paris to go back!

The presentation of the dishes is remarkably true to the photos, which is rare and deserves to be highlighted.
The plates are beautifully presented, appetizing, and inviting.
The flavors are simply exquisite. The tastes are perfectly balanced; neither too salty nor too spicy. The ingredients are of high quality.
I thank the chef and the front-of-house team for their warm welcome and excellent service; it's a place I recommend without hesitation, and I'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: The empanadas were deplorable; they were reheated, and the pork picada was as tough as stone! The food was very poor, and the waitress at the till, who was clearly drunk, should be more cheerful.

28/03/2026: I am absolutely delighted with my experience at this restaurant! The evening was simply fantastic. The meal was magnificent: a true delight from start to finish. I highly recommend the eggplant lasagna and the Milanese veal cutlet; they were delicious. 🤍
We organized a birthday party for over 20 people, and everything went perfectly. The service was exceptional: the waiter was truly wonderful, taking the time with each of us, always smiling and attentive.
We even had a private stage, which made the evening even more special. The music was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and the decor was very well done. Special mention also goes to the impeccable cleanliness of the place.
And let's not forget the very polite and welcoming security guard at the entrance.
A big thank you to the entire team for this excellent evening. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant! ✨🙏☺️
26/03/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to Favela Chic, and to my surprise, the restaurant had changed owners. It's now called Le Fav. Frankly, maybe it will improve with time, but for now, everything left much to be desired. The music was awful. My caipirinha tasted like lemonade, almost alcohol-free. I won't be going back.

The dishes are good. And for dessert, I particularly recommend the Flan Coco… I have rarely eaten one so good 🤩😋!

06/09/2024: une cuisine délicieuse, au vrai goût "de là bas", une selection judicieuse de vins locaux, un service souriant et prévenant, des patrons cordiaux, prêts à partager des anecdotes avec les clients: une très bonne adresse, dans une salle intime et chaleureuse.
13/08/2024: Serveuse très sympathique. Seviche de poissons excellent. Plat au boeuf et poulet + maïs très bon. Et pour finir 2 boules de sorbets coco et mange délicieuses. Un ami a pris des empanadas aux épinards + fromage, puis le même plat et en dessert une génoise garnie de doulche de leche et il a aussi bien aimer. À refaire..''
