The chef fuses Ecuadorian and French cuisine in a creative and delicious way. I've learned that you find the best food in Paris in restaurants that serve delicate dishes from a culture adapted to French gastronomy. The food is light and fresh, and the menu changes seasonally. The service is very attentive, and the atmosphere takes you to a tranquil place. Don't forget to finish with a house liqueur.

26/01/2025: I went there for a drink, after seeing the bar on Google, it is indeed very cute, and the menu is nice. I really liked the bartender's flexibility to make me a Saint Germain spritz even though it wasn't on the menu.

The atmosphere is wonderfully pleasant, carefully crafted in every detail without being excessive. It offers fantastic happy hour options, particularly those paired with their famous tapas. The Caribbean Creole cuisine is a journey of taste experiences, and Café Créole accomplishes this magnificently. The food is sublime. The service is excellent, on par with a high-end restaurant - kind, friendly, and engaging. A special mention goes to the maître de salle and manager of the establishment who, with his charm and affability, makes this café-restaurant even more unique and exclusive. He told me his name is "Mad," but I believe it's more of a nickname that perfectly aligns with his quirky and cheerful personality. Don't miss the rum selection at the end of your meal, another gem worth trying.
