07/01/2026: I had a lovely 3-night stay with my son in the summer of 2012, without having booked in advance, and I have very fond memories of it. The staff were very friendly and attentive to their needs. I enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. I would gladly recommend this establishment.

04/01/2026: We were the only guests that evening, and the welcome was warm and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and the room very comfortable.

09/09/2026: Excellent food, tasty and generously topped pizzas, friendly service in the kitchen and dining room, and very reasonable order and preparation times. A regular stop in this pretty village, unfortunately marred by the aggression of the municipal employee who verbally assaults camper van owners who park as best they can in the parking lot, all in the name of... keeping local businesses afloat. This public servant needs to be reminded that he must respect his duty of neutrality and discretion, of respect and courtesy towards tourists, instead of targeting them in such a particularly vehement and insulting manner. A report has been filed with the town hall. Our gratitude to the shopkeepers of Thuyets.

21/08/2026: Well, what can I say about this? The portions and quality I saw passing by were incredible. We only went for a pizza, which was very well topped and tasted great. The tables next to us had salads and a burger. Very tasty and neatly presented on large plates. I’ve never struck up a conversation with a French person so quickly :-) If you’re in the area and you’re hungry, just slam on the brakes and sit down. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take more photos this time.

19/07/2026: A hotel that's okay in a pinch, but the room is tiny and needs updating. The only saving grace is the air conditioning. The pool is dirty, and there are people living across the street, which is annoying. €75 is a bit pricey for one night. Bring your own shower gel, as there are only two small sachets provided. And to get to the pool, you have to go through the bar. 😏 We won't be back.

17/07/2026: I stopped by for a takeaway coffee. I was very warmly welcomed by the gentleman. I was served by his daughter, and when I saw there was a swimming pool outside, I politely remarked, "There's a swimming pool," using it as a compliment because it was very nice. She replied, "No, it's an ice rink." I was extremely surprised by her response. Disappointing coming from the staff.
