27/09/2026: Industrial-style craftsmanship. We thought we were buying artisanal ice cream, but what a disappointment it was when we saw the ingredients!
A sorbet with 65% fruit, fine, but then, would you like some more dehydrated glucose syrup, then a little sorbitol, and so on? And the ice cream? No better: milk, sure, then modified starch, coloring, and a bit of emulsifier to hold it all together. Buy Carte d'Or; it's cheaper, for the same quality.

Small, rustic dining room.
It's true that the service is basic and doesn't meet the standards of modern restaurants, but at least you can feel the owners' genuine pleasure in welcoming guests.
Excellent plate of homemade charcuterie, a quality Ardèche dish "just like Grandma used to make," tasty and generous.
Highly recommended.
01/05/2026: Once again we enjoyed the kid goat menu and the owner's welcome.
