28/03/2026: The hotel is well-located, spacious, and nicely decorated. Benjamin, the recently hired head waiter, is exceptionally dedicated. He goes above and beyond to handle all the special situations single-handedly to satisfy his guests: reservation requests, reception, rooms, the bar, and the restaurant, with a young, helpful, and smiling waitress. The hotel shows numerous signs of wear and tear that appear neglected (broken toilet seat, broken closet door, makeshift bathroom wiring, a floorboard that creaks so loudly it wakes up the entire floor...). The manager, while sympathetic, seems overwhelmed and abruptly enters the room for no apparent reason, knowing we were there, and without apology. Consequently, we have no desire to return.
