30/03/2024: After arriving, we waited for 30 minutes without any water at the table, and when I spoke up, they took our order. After I said I wanted to pay after eating, I didn't get paid until 15 minutes later. Even considering that it is a small restaurant with a total of 2 employees, including a chef. There was absolutely no communication with guests, which is an advantage of an open kitchen. There was no explanation or response during the 30 minutes I was waiting for my order. While waiting for the checkout for 15 minutes, the person in charge of the counter and ordering was washing dishes. I looked up past reviews and saw that they were unfriendly, so I am leaving a bad review and asking for improvement. If possible, it would be a good idea to hire young employees who are good at responding. It seems like the two of you aren't communicating well. There were only 4tables. There was a chef in open kitchen an assisting guy. I had to ask them to order after waiting 30min. Had to wait 15min when I asked them a bill. Pretty bad service and hospitality in general. To be honest, one of the worst service I have experienced in Europe. Arguing each other in open kitchen. The assisting guy was washing dishes and cleaning when I asked him the bill. Even though I am a Korean and they are also Korean, it was so hard to communicate with them. If I live in Cannes, not gonna visit again.

17/02/2024: Delicious👍 It's very simple, with 3 choices: beef, chicken, or vegetable (fried tofu), and 2 choices: rice or noodles. All you have to do is add a drink or add toppings. Moreover, since the selection is done by machine, even people who are not good at languages ​​can manage it by making full use of Google Translate! I chose noodles, but they are Japanese udon. It was so chewy and delicious! It's a little too flavorful for Japanese people, but...it seems like you can find mixed soba noodles like this in Japan if you look for them. Moreover, €9.90 is a bargain for CANNES. However, you should be careful as there will be a lunch break from around 2:30 pm.

04/04/2024: Frankly ! Finally a restaurant where you won't be left hungry!! The chicken pad thai is hearty and a pleasure! The prices are not excessive, that's a change compared to certain competitors where it's more expensive and you end up eating your fingers!! Thank you so much

18/02/2024: Being a regular at this place, I was twice disappointed with the dishes taken there to take away, the bo bun the meat was really average in quality with an unpleasant aftertaste which ended up in the trash for fear of getting sick. And another time the same I tried my luck and there I did not take beef this time but prawns so as not to have a priori but alas the spring rolls were not good probably because of the frying oil which had not been changed... Lack of rigor. Not sure if I continue to eat at sushi by nam…. What a pity ..

26/11/2023: Nam makes by far the best Sushi in Cannes. I recommend Tiger rolls, everything Salmon, Foie Gras/pear roll, Pad Thai, Bo Bun, Chicken with Satay Sauce. Everything is always fresh, prices are okay and the cooking is rather quick. Recommendation: collect the rolls yourself. It’s way quicker!
