26/03/2024: So, yes, I looked for a Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant...And the only Japanese thing you'll find in this restaurant is its name. I really like yakitori, several raw skewers are present (great, I'm going to stuff myself) Well they don't have a barbecue but a plancha, I say to myself too bad it should be fine. And there, the cooking begins on a plancha as lukewarm as a radiator at the end of its life... I ask the "chef" if there is not a problem with the plancha... "No, sir, no problem, chef"...And that's the nightmare...Obviously the meat is not cooked but boiled, and the fish bahhhh...extremely cooked since he left the skewers more than 10 minutes... No salt (shio) or no so-called Yakitori sauce (real name Tare)... I go back to him and ask him to dip them in Tare... “no no secret sauce, do you want?” I say yes (I'm curious) and hop on a good old shot of sweet soy sauce... The Maki and Sushi are spinning around you on a conveyor belt... bad idea, don't take any... look at the state of the dishes on which they are placed.... As for desserts... bahhhh if you need sugar and chemicals go for it. In short, absolutely avoid.

Between what appears to be a manager who we see eating behind the counter, collecting the money and cooking the meat on the grill without disinfecting his hands between each operation. Between the waiter who wipes the tables using microfibers who drags them here and there after having cleared them, who goes into the fridges and who puts the cutlery and glasses back for the next service, always without hand disinfection Between each operation . Between the chef who I saw more behind the counter picking his teeth and eating than making his preparations. And let's not talk about food. The sushi entertainment on a conveyor belt that goes around the tables is good, but the quality is not there. In food warmers, the foods that are supposed to be kept warm are lukewarm and mostly cold. In the food dishes to be heated at the counter, we take food that is still frozen. Desserts without taste or flavors. The freezer where there is more frost than ice cream options. When on Tuesday you ask for a carafe of red wine and they tell you, well, we don't have any more, it's Thursday. Knowing that they are closed on Monday. Well I pity the customers until the next delivery. Some will tell me but for the price you shouldn't expect better. To those, I tell them that less than 5 kilometers from there I will eat better, at the same price, with more products in the style of food, not to call it SAVEURS D ETOILES. To summarize, I gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. I went there for the one and only time.
