22/02/2026: Very disappointed… I used to go to this restaurant often before it changed hands, and it was excellent. I decided to give the new owners a chance, and the dishes were pretty much the same, but less fresh; we got sick.
Furthermore, there were many things missing: no beef, not enough drinks for the whole table, no rice, and so on.
I won't be going back.

29/12/2025: I ordered a takeaway pho, and it was nothing like pho—just noodles, beef, fried onions, and three parsley leaves. The broth was incredibly bland, there was no lemon, and the fried onions were soggy… I was very disappointed.

22/02/2026: The welcome was unpleasant; you wonder if you're bothering them, even though you're a customer. There was nothing special about it; gone are the days of the warm, fragrant towels the owner used to offer, like sake. The decor and the generous portions are gone; you can tell they're struggling. We still left a fair amount of money, though. You'd be better off going to a tomosushi, or even a fast-food place. In short, avoid it...🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢
25/01/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews; I have nothing to gain from them, but they're lies. Le Bambou is an excellent restaurant, always reliable, we've never been disappointed. The restaurant is clean and the restrooms are top-notch. The food is delicious and the prices reasonable. Kudos to the owners, Lyn and his wife.

14/02/2026: So, total disappointment! The soup was a disgrace, water with Viandox (a brand of beef extract), I've never seen anything like it. The water was completely black. How can they do that? It's a restaurant, no less! The rest wasn't any better, truly disappointing, nothing good. I won't be going back. And neither will my children, they're disgusted. Expensive for so little. In a small village, how can they survive with these complete failures? Let's go somewhere else. Goodbye

06/10/2025: The worst dining experience of my life. Upon entering the restaurant, you already feel like you're bothering the owner, who never gives up a smile or a sense of welcome. When the dish arrives, it looks like the cook dropped the large bowl of salt into the dish, INEDIBLE. In no way does this reflect the taste that's supposed to be there on the menu. The toilets are filthy and dirty, the light knobs and handles are full of grime and dirt. I had to go elsewhere to wash my hands because it was so unsanitary.
27/09/2025: The owner was closing up bit still made me a hot n spicy chicken curry with fresh ginger and lots of onions with boiled rice it tasted awesome thanks to the owner really appreciated it and had a beer while I waited for my takeaway.

I really enjoyed my meal.
It was crowded and quite noisy.
28/03/2026: Excellent Asian restaurant with wonderful staff, delicious rolls, oysters, a wide selection of sauces, and food prepared right in front of you. They offer beer, wine, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Reasonable prices for unlimited food. Highly recommended.

03/02/2026: Excellent caterer, very fresh spring rolls made on-site and excellent, steamed dumplings a delight, fried rice worthy of a restaurant, shrimp in spicy sauce a treat, all the dishes are fresh and excellent, the only downside is the atmosphere, which could be more welcoming
02/02/2026: Be careful. They say the chicken and beef in spring rolls are halal, but they're cooked with pork.

25/03/2026: My general tolerance prevents me from giving a zero, but Madam and Sir owners, you don't deserve the business you run. Make way for more competent and, above all, more passionate people.
We wanted a few takeaway dishes, and despite the unappealing display of your food, I unfortunately trusted you. The beef in spicy sauce tasted like dishwater, the fried rice was a yellowish, disgusting color... I won't even mention the other dishes, and yet we are used to Asian cuisine, which we appreciate when it's authentic!
As a result, all the dishes went in the bin. 😡 Perhaps we need to wait for the tourist season to start up again for fresher food?
What a shame...

Les plats sont délicieux.
Je dis bravo à toute l’équipe car nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Everything is completely different
Shrimp spring rolls with a bad taste, super dry cod accras, overcooked fried ravioli which crumble, sweet and sour sauce cut with water, the same goes for the spring roll sauce...
29/10/2024: 2 stars because it's barely edible.
I should have based myself on recent reviews instead of the average rating (based on old reviews).
Avoid as much as possible
