15/02/2026: This isn't our first time here; the food is truly excellent, the service is top-notch, the staff are friendly and smiling, as are the owners, and we highly recommend the mussels and fries evenings 😉 See you soon!
03/01/2026: While on the motorway, we were craving a Troyes andouillette sausage, and we found Brasserie de l'Horloge right next to the motorway exit!
And we enjoyed a delicious andouillette in under 30 minutes! Efficiency and quality guaranteed!

30/09/2024: Meals and wines have increased excessively. We had to wait until 6 p.m. to find out the 7 p.m. menu... it's a little late
30/09/2024: Bad cook doesn't know how to cook an unfortunate andouillette.
Served cold.
The same goes for my neighbor at the table.
Excellent waitress to keep and fire the cook.
