04/05/2026: Hello, As a newcomer to the area, I decided to stop for a meal at Le Central. (2020) On the terrace overlooking the Aude River, shaded by parasols, the setting is pleasant, the service is quick, and the food is very well presented. The dishes are generous and delicious. It's a place suitable for both families and those just passing through. The prices are reasonable. Don't hesitate. I returned two weeks later. The Camembert was perfectly cooked, everything was fantastic, a truly generous plate, nothing to say except perfect. Thank you to the chefs. Note: Change of ownership, update...
