05/07/2026: My first order with this distributor, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations. Mistakes can happen, of course, and to compensate for the inconvenience, the company SARL PIZZ'ART MÈRE ET FILLE offered me a coupon for two free pizzas. However, this coupon did not work for a second order 10 days later. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received the following email response: "Your kindness and politeness don't put food on the table." Such a remark is, to say the least, surprising in a business context and, in my opinion, does not reflect the professionalism a customer has the right to expect. While machines are not yet fully ready to replace human beings, they at least have the advantage of not being dishonest or discourteous. PS: Following your feedback on this review, see attached photo.
