10/03/2026: Fifth time and truly, another perfect stay. 5/5 in every way!!! The entire team was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and very well-equipped. This year, I had the pleasure of booking the prestige room with its jacuzzi ❤️❤️❤️ and 30 minutes of sauna per day. The restaurant for dinner (half-board option) has an excellent menu. A very wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Everything is homemade and of high quality. I highly recommend it. The chef is outstanding and truly knows how to cook. The table service is impeccable. A big thank you to Margaux and her parents. Breakfast also deserves high marks, especially for the marble cake and the cake 😉, the delicious bread, and the delectable pastries. A very good mark also goes to Dominique, who takes excellent care of the rooms. Always attentive. The entire Blanche Neige team is truly: Kind, professional, and attentive to their guests. The hotel's location is simply impeccable. My wife and I are already looking forward to returning. I highly, highly, highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: A very bad experience. The rooms were outdated and completely lacking in charm. The price is entirely disproportionate to the poor quality of the services, the reception, the soundproofing, and the hygiene. The reception desk was almost always empty (even during normal business hours). I was finally greeted by an extremely unprofessional young woman who was unable to provide any information or even smile. The breakfast was poor. On the only positive point, the dinner experience at the restaurant was quite pleasant – quality ingredients, and an extremely friendly, helpful, and hospitable waitress.
