I went there this week and the meat was no longer taken from the spit but was stored in a tray as if it had been there for several days. The next day was difficult despite the trust I placed in him by going there.

Moreover, the meat is often cut and put in a tray to then be heated on a plancha.

30/03/2024: Worst evening experience of my life. Drinks with little alcohol content and expensive (count 15 euros per glass). Entrance is also 15 euros, each piece of clothing will cost you 2 euros in the changing rooms.
But the worst is that the sound quality is simply horrible for our ears (permanently saturated bass), and the bouncers think they're stars and fire people for no reason, we have a total lack of respect for the customer.

The food was very good, we chose the recommendations of the day and it was a success, Quiche and grilled tuna fillet with sesame everything was just right. Good portion size. The place is super central but quiet, with a nice sunny terrace at midday. Super good quality/price.
28/03/2024: Great bistro in Bordeaux, the waiters are adorable, the food is really delicious and plentiful, very good location, we will recommend this address to our loved ones!
