10/01/2026: A fantastic lunch in the sun with friends. The service was quick and impeccable. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the sharing platters. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time by the beach! It's fantastic!!!

02/07/2024: I am right now on July 2, 2024 at Gégène.
For the 2nd year in a row, we were warmly welcomed.
The goat cheese pizza is excellent and the mussels have nothing to envy of these big restaurant chains. Unlike other reviews, I recommend this restaurant.
Plus some really nice music.
15/06/2024: Je suis venu par hasard dans ce lieu et j'ai regardé les avis sur TripAdvisor alors que j'étais installé et que j'avais commandé. Lorsque j'ai lu les commentaires, j'ai eu très peur et j'avais envie de partir. Mais ça n'aurait pas été correct. Finalement j'ai bien mangé, pour un prix raisonnable. Certes on n'est pas dans un palace mais j'ai vu un homme qui travaille dur et qui s'applique à sa façon. Les travailleurs courageux, à notre époque, j'ai plutôt envie de les encourager...

18/08/2025: It was incredibly hot in the Landes region in mid-August! Sophie offered me a shady spot for my van under the barn. I was able to cook there, shower in the outdoor facilities, relax in the air-conditioned lounge, and enjoy cold drinks and hearty, delicious breakfasts. Sophie and Miike were very friendly and allowed me to spend two nights in a safe and peaceful place. Even though you can hear the road during the day, the nights are quiet. They have animals (goats, chickens, and a cat) and were happy to have my dog with them.
Thank you to them!
22/07/2025: We spent a weekend at the hotel and the owners were lovely, very helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.
