Le Surfing

24/05/2026: We were quite disappointed with our experience at Surfing in Seignosse. Since the menu change to focus on Mexican cuisine, we felt the quality had declined.
The service was the most disappointing aspect. My cocktail arrived spilled by the waitress, and I had to ask for a napkin myself to clean the table, with no real follow-up. It was also very hot, and we had to ask for water.
Overall, the staff seemed unwelcoming and inattentive. It's a shame because the place has potential, but between the service and the new menu, the experience fell short of our expectations.

24/05/2026: I don't know about others, but we had pizzas one evening when we couldn't order one. We had a bit of a wait while we had an aperitif, but the atmosphere was good, the service was pleasant, and the pizzas were good, light in the best sense of the word. For that, I recommend it!
10/05/2026: Where to begin? The dishes were bland, the steak tartare was frozen, the Caesar salad (€18.50) was completely bare, and the mussels were overcooked with a tasteless sauce.
To top off this mediocre meal, we witnessed the waiter napping on the bench in front of the restaurant!
My thoughts are with the young waitress who is doing her best and is very friendly, while her colleague is glued to his phone.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, generous and excellent breakfast.
A very welcoming and friendly couple who own it.
In short, a perfect stay.
