25/02/2026: From beginning to end of our 4-day stay at this establishment, everything was a disappointment. The welcome was appalling, the receptionist unpleasant, handing us our key and telling us, "Just follow the signs and you'll find your room"... no help whatsoever with our luggage. We had booked a small villa, which turned out to be extremely poorly maintained, with no heating, only cold air conditioning, and the most basic of amenities. We had to leave the bathroom door open to benefit from the towel warmer to avoid freezing in our room. A plastic tub for a shower! The €28 breakfast was a disgrace: processed foods, nothing fresh, dry slices of Emmental cheese, cold pancakes, dry and stale scrambled eggs, and industrial orange juice, not to mention the absolutely disgusting chair covers—stained and torn. We had booked a table at Mas des Vignes for six people, but were seated in the breakfast room because the restaurant couldn't set up a table for six, even though the restaurant was half empty on Sunday evening. We had dinner, the only table in this large room; it was awkward and gloomy. Not to mention the staff, who were extremely unpleasant. We had been there several times about twenty years ago, but we will never go back!

22/02/2026: Poor hygiene! Dirty bathrooms. Room delivered late, compensated with a drink. Reception needs improvement. Spa with a cold indoor pool and a jacuzzi for three people for the entire hotel. A beautiful place with so much potential, what a shame! We do not recommend it!
