09/01/2026: A wonderful discovery. The establishment exudes authenticity, as evidenced by its excellent flambéed dishes. However, the service could be improved: some drinks were forgotten, the knife wasn't quite right for cutting the flambéed apples, there were no water glasses, etc. Nevertheless, I think every lover of Alsatian cuisine will find something to enjoy despite these minor shortcomings. Special mention goes to the Grand Marnier flambéed apple tart, which was truly magnificent. I would gladly return and would highly recommend this establishment.
