“We will redouble our efforts” Is this a joke?????? You've been supposed to "redouble your efforts" for months or even years.
Does Google allow the name of the owner of this franchise to be published? We'll check it out together.
If so, I invite consumers to contact them via the various RS.
The management company is OBERDRIVE, its manager Laurent LIAUTAUD.

You want me to say that no one waits too long at the Drive-Thru? You want me to say the tables are always clean? My opinion will change when your practices and ways of working change.
One star when it should be ZERO. I counted 10 people on staff today at 7 p.m. About ten customers, no more. The trash cans "put up", it's dirty. The manager, perhaps, because dressed in white, is laughing in the room with 2 customers. No one in the room to clean. As for the order, for dessert I had a very perfect one. Their recipe: take a 50 cl container, put the topping in the bottom, then come at least 30 cl of ice cream followed by the same quantity of whipped cream. Time? More than 5 minutes, poor thing looked completely lost, no one to help her or train her properly. We think we're dreaming.
