17/08/2026: Multiple errors in the order, even though I corrected the drive-thru server twice. Every time I told him my drink, a different one appeared on the screen, and he kept insisting, "No, no, I didn't make a mistake." When I got to the end of the drive-thru, sure enough, there was another order error. Seeing the server completely overwhelmed, I told her to forget it and paid. When I got to work, I opened my order and discovered that the salad on my burger was blackened, clearly not fresh, and inedible. So I went back to the restaurant, showed it to the manager, and he told me, "No, no, that's normal!" No refund. Surprisingly, the errors themselves increased the bill: a double-meat burger instead of a single, and a new drink with sprinkles in it, charged €2 more than the one I originally ordered. Judging by the other comments, I unfortunately don't think I'm an isolated case, a victim of disastrous service. So, Mr. So-Called Manager, since you prefer to nitpick rather than refund a measly, inedible burger—and I'm not even mentioning the other order errors—we're simply going to bypass you and address this directly to your superiors.

17/08/2026: A 45-minute wait for cold sandwiches and cold fries. You're definitely a fast-food place! And don't even get me started on the rotten salad in the burgers! Reported to the health department for inspection. This restaurant should be shut down.
