17/04/2024: Warm welcome, our little dog was also allowed in! We each had a very tasty ice cream sundae prepared with love, thank you for that, we'll come back when we're in this region again!
14/11/2023: I tested a week ago:
- Scones that are not scones, very small, barely bigger than a chouquette and overcooked
- an apple cake with uncooked dough
The new manager is nice but the atmosphere is cold. Apart from the small sofa in the back, the surrounding decoration is non-existent. Ah...on the other hand...we put beige stars on the walls, Christmas decoration like everyone else! What is the purpose of the wall mirror when entering on the left? It makes the atmosphere even colder. Get advice if you want a more cozy place. The chairs, the tables...well everything... It's a shame, we feel that the manager is not motivated, she is just passing through her professional career and we can see that her job has nothing to do with it. see with the tea room. I wrote all this to be of service to you, so that you understand that there is an effort to be made, there is no malice on my part.

24/08/2023: During our stay at the campsite we dined several times at the restaurant and were able to taste the different dishes. All very good and most of them homemade! Cooking, taste and flavor are there. Excellent duck parmentier!!! Divine duck hamburger to the point that my partner and a friend with whom we were on vacation took 2 each. Last evening I had the Périgord salad which was delicious. The fish is also very good as well as the homemade fries 😋 the cocktails and local beer are very good. I saw some comments saying that the service was long, frankly we didn't have that feeling, in fact one evening we waited a little longer than the other times but we were on vacation so the time 😄 the waitress is very nice and helpful , plus she speaks English fluently with perfection!! And always a kind thought (asked us if we wanted a bowl of water for our French bulldog) in short, a small restaurant which doesn't look like much but which is very good. Keep it up...it's very good. Thank you so much

04/04/2024: Apparently the boss has reduced the quantities. For an ice cream for 3 euros 50 we have the equivalent of one of the sewing...for a McDonald's it's strong!
01/04/2024: Inadmissible.
We placed 2 separate orders online, when we came to collect them, as usual we checked the contents of the pockets.
What was our surprise when we went to see them to tell them that we were missing something in the order, and we were told in the utmost calm, that everything had been put away and thrown away and that it was therefore impossible to redo the missing element (small ranch wrap).
We were therefore offered a complaint SMS to recover the item within the following week.
The problem wouldn't have been so serious if when we went to the drive-thru at 10:20 p.m. we hadn't already warned them that we seemed to be missing something.
In short, avoid it, because the problems are recurring and will never change.
So I'm putting one star because I can't put less.
