The welcome was amazing, the food was delicious, and the place was really nice.
But most importantly, the Hugo Spritzes were the best in Romans! 😉
11/04/2026: The tapas are truly sophisticated and delicious, the service is impeccable, and above all, the servers offer excellent wine and cocktail recommendations. There are delightful surprises by the glass, with a lovely selection of both white and red wines.
I highly recommend it!

11/03/2026: Always very happy with this restaurant! We ate there yesterday, arriving 10 minutes before opening, but the manager on duty still let us in. Some, less customer-oriented establishments, would have left us waiting outside. So thank you to him for his kindness and professionalism. The service was excellent, and the portions were perfect. The decor is very nice and unique. The only slight drawback: the music was a little too loud for our taste.
03/01/2026: Passing through Romans, there were 10 of us. We received a very warm welcome and the food was excellent.

However, be sure to ask beforehand; draft beer is €12 and not listed on the menu (that's a new record for me!), so it's a bit of a surprise on the bill...
02/04/2026: I was just passing through Romans. Lunch was simple but very good, generous with homemade fries.
The dessert was also very good. Thank you.

18/04/2026: I ordered food recently in April 2026. I suffered food poisoning from sushi prepared at this establishment. The next day, at 5 a.m., I had cramps and spasms in my stomach that lasted almost a week. It was awful, with sleepless nights and my stomach writhing in pain.
I'm never going back, I'm so disappointed. My Easter vacation was ruined because of it. Luckily for them, I didn't go back or file a complaint. Perhaps a health inspection should be considered. Or at least tell your cooks to check the freshness of the ingredients.

Lots of people, lots of noise.
But on market day it's still nice.
05/10/2025: I'm only giving one star across the board, even though I didn't try a single dish.
However, I'm very disappointed in the manager.
I came this Sunday morning to help my friend Ludo with the music. He's an amazing guy, but unfortunately, he's being exploited by this kind of person.
I played for two hours, and not even a single person asked if we wanted a drink. My poor Ludo played for free on his terrace (it was pay-what-you-want), and he didn't even give him a tip, and what's worse, he didn't even offer him a portion of fries. Bravo! And I'll never set foot in a place like that again, a place where someone treats people like dirt.

22/07/2024: A place that I have been recommending for a few years but since the butcher's shop changed staff, I find that it has lost a lot of staff. Customers were rushing to order meats, etc. (Before)
MTN gives me the impression of a poorly organized display with lower quality. And I'm not talking about their fragmented organization. You can come in the morning in summer, the weather is really nice and you think you can treat yourself by going to the butcher's and picking up a few sausages, and the new staff will answer you, dsl but they will be ready around 3 p.m., lol how can I tell you that It's at lunchtime that we have a barbecue and not at snack time. And because of that I had to change destination to do my shopping, a store without a butcher's shop that holds up isn't of much use to tell the truth.
