18/05/2026: My husband and I arrived in town today and went to this restaurant because of the good reviews. Frankly, I'm still wondering how this place can have such good reviews when our experience was a disaster. It wasn't just the food; the woman in the kitchen was incredibly rude. She seemed to be training a young cook, and the way she yelled at him was unacceptable. It sounded like she was going to throw his plate in his face. At no point did they respect us as customers. We could hear her shouting all the way to our table. It was a very unpleasant situation, and to be honest, the food was inedible.
A so-called sea bream the size of a sardine, cold rice, raw tomato sauce—frankly, nothing enjoyable.

The welcome was amazing, the food was delicious, and the place was really nice.
But most importantly, the Hugo Spritzes were the best in Romans! 😉

12/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the owner and staff were friendly and pleasant. We didn't try the restaurant, but the dishes served to our neighbors looked delicious!

However, be sure to ask beforehand; draft beer is €12 and not listed on the menu (that's a new record for me!), so it's a bit of a surprise on the bill...
02/04/2026: I was just passing through Romans. Lunch was simple but very good, generous with homemade fries.
The dessert was also very good. Thank you.

06/05/2026: Went to McDonald's tonight (receipt #205).
Half an hour wait for a meal delivered without a bag.
The wrap and fries were cold.
Will not be repeated.
06/05/2026: I arrived at 10:40 PM and was refused entry even though it closes at midnight as indicated online.

18/04/2026: I ordered food recently in April 2026. I suffered food poisoning from sushi prepared at this establishment. The next day, at 5 a.m., I had cramps and spasms in my stomach that lasted almost a week. It was awful, with sleepless nights and my stomach writhing in pain.
I'm never going back, I'm so disappointed. My Easter vacation was ruined because of it. Luckily for them, I didn't go back or file a complaint. Perhaps a health inspection should be considered. Or at least tell your cooks to check the freshness of the ingredients.

22/07/2024: A place that I have been recommending for a few years but since the butcher's shop changed staff, I find that it has lost a lot of staff. Customers were rushing to order meats, etc. (Before)
MTN gives me the impression of a poorly organized display with lower quality. And I'm not talking about their fragmented organization. You can come in the morning in summer, the weather is really nice and you think you can treat yourself by going to the butcher's and picking up a few sausages, and the new staff will answer you, dsl but they will be ready around 3 p.m., lol how can I tell you that It's at lunchtime that we have a barbecue and not at snack time. And because of that I had to change destination to do my shopping, a store without a butcher's shop that holds up isn't of much use to tell the truth.
