The KFC in Étampes is like all the other KFCs in France; what I personally appreciate about this chain are the tenders with the spicy sauces.
31/05/2026: I've been coming to this KFC for months and I'm never disappointed by the service. The employees are all very helpful and smiling, and the atmosphere is always friendly.

02/04/2026: The service tonight was appalling. Our order was taken at the drive-thru in a very unpleasant manner. This woman was more interested in kissing her colleagues than listening to us. Politeness and courtesy are, after all, basic principles in the restaurant industry. I believe she was a manager—what a fine example! It was 9:40 PM; if you happen to find her, please pass on the message.
31/03/2026: When you pay for extra sauces but they never put them in, thanks McDonald's for making money off people's backs...
