23/04/2026: Where to begin? We went through the drive-thru around 8 pm, there was no one in front of us, and very few customers at the counter. Between paying for the order and waiting: 20 minutes! The wait was absolutely unacceptable; there were at least five orders being prepared in front of us, none of them finished. Our order was barely warm when it arrived... And we discovered a terrible sandwich once we got home. Of course, it was cheaper than the one we ordered! Unacceptable. The waitress was unpleasant, offered no apology, no explanation... but claimed to be "in the middle of a rush" to explain the delay (the restaurant was empty!!!). We will never return to this restaurant. In response to the manager: having the ambition to do well doesn't mean you succeed. The service at your restaurant is deplorable, as evidenced by all the reviews.

22/04/2026: The hamburger tasting was excellent, thank you to Serena, a very good saleswoman and a valuable asset to keep in the company and help develop further.
