In the restaurant: extremely long wait for a simple order.
For delivery via Deliveroo: incomplete order, missing fries.
Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; there's always something wrong at this McDonald's (delays, mistakes, oversights).
The service quality is clearly below the chain's standards. Avoid it until the organization improves.
