10/07/2026: Hello, I am writing to you as a loyal customer who comes every Saturday to pick up a takeaway meal for my family. Until now, I have always appreciated your service, but what happened on July 4, 2026, around 7:00 PM is unacceptable. Once again, several items were missing from my order. Most importantly, the Royal Cheese I received contained only the bread and meat—no sauce, no cheese. When I pointed out the problem quite politely, the manager replied, "If you're not happy, don't come back." I don't understand how anyone can speak to a customer like that. I request that action be taken regarding this situation. As a regular customer, I expect a minimum of respect and proper service.
