17/04/2026: Dear McDonald’s of Voiron, I regret to inform you that your team is not living up to the promises made in your television commercials. Context: One summer evening, starving after seeing your ads, we went to your restaurant to enjoy your delicious burgers. However, we noticed a lack of speed and efficiency from your team. While there were (not many) customers, no one seemed to be responding. Three people were busy closing drinks (you really have to be trying to prevent them from spilling in your bag! And the cola-flavored burgers—I didn't know they were available at your restaurant, what a discovery!). Meanwhile, we saw a woman with her child about to give up on the idea of ​​eating at McDonald's because the wait was so long (again, the McDonald's wasn't full). The little boy said, and I quote, "Yeah, let's go to Burger King!" And I think that was an excellent idea! (Even if it meant a 25-minute drive to this Burger King). When are you going to close this restaurant and replace it with a Burger King? You know, there's no point in confirming an order only for it to show up as "We are serving order number..." and then serving it to us 15 minutes later. Sure, it looks good for your stats, but it doesn't reflect reality, and the customer knows it. That's what's costing you terrible reviews! Finally, the servers... ugh, what enthusiasm... you need to sleep at night, and please, wake up.
