10/03/2024: A menu that is out of the ordinary, smelts as an aperitif, a scallop carpaccio, razor clams with citrus fruits and pesto for example. The dishes are varied and sophisticated, it's a very good discovery. The staff is attentive and pleasant, the chef comes to the dining room, you feel good at Ricochet. We will definitely return.

31/03/2024: A beer with more foam than beer (so not 50cl), an approximate service, a lot of wind brewing, morito without mint leaves, an apparent lack of stock (a sunny Easter weekend is still stupid not to have the whole map).
