20/07/2026: We ordered a drive-thru on Friday, July 10th. We got a giant burger with almost no sauce, and the steak was overcooked. We ordered another drive-thru on Friday, July 17th. Same experience. The giant burgers were very dry. I asked for extra-long bacon, and I got an onion ring with an extra-cooked steak. It was so dry I could barely eat it. They have kids' menus for ages 4-7 with card games for ages 8+. Where's the logic in that?

21/07/2026: We decided to come and eat with children. We ordered six children's meals, but the non-carbonated drinks were unavailable. I asked the manager on duty to make an exception and provide fruit juice instead, but the answer was no! I had to buy extra drinks, which is unacceptable! When you have a problem, it's your responsibility to offer a gesture of goodwill, not for customers to pay more! Very disappointed.
