23/08/2026: Disappointed by the unfriendly staff. The place has really changed compared to what it was a few years ago, which is a real shame.

23/08/2026: The place has changed drastically for the worse. There's no atmosphere, the staff is unpleasant, the desserts are mass-produced with only two choices on the menu and poor-quality ingredients... it's a shame, Furco used to be a really nice place. On top of that, we were asked to leave outside in the cold because they claimed the indoor dining area was never open – news to me! I think this was just a way for them to avoid cleaning the dining area since there weren't enough customers, according to them.

15/04/2026: The welcome was icy, no advice whatsoever. The sales assistant served me mechanically, and the other sales assistant was on her phone, not even looking up. The worst part is that I had requested a specific grind for my machine, which was ignored. This was definitely the last time I'll ever go there.

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.
