07/07/2026: The wait was incredibly long, and I didn't even receive the products I ordered. Removing just one small detail is enough to cause chaos. This really needs to be reviewed.
28/06/2026: A disgrace! At the start of service, they served us with dirty trays, no ketchup on the display, and nothing to tell us we had to buy it at the till (many people thought they were out of stock).
