The ice cream machine wasn't working, and the employee had the nerve to say, "I hope it doesn't work all day so we won't be asked to use it."
26/05/2026: When I was there, the ice cream machine wasn't working. One of the employees even remarked, "I hope it doesn't work all day because when it's hot, all we do is make ice cream, ice cream, and we're fed up."
I don't find that professional.
