15/07/2026: My friend and I went to eat there last week in the evening. We ordered and heard someone in the kitchen behind us saying insults in Tunisian Arabic. I saw him take out a bag of chewing tobacco, use it, and not wash his hands. We'll never go back; it disgusted us.
02/07/2026: I ordered a soufflé without vegetables, just a meat escalope. I got a crepe instead of a soufflé because it was so empty of meat... I usually have no complaints, but this time it was a complete disaster.

17/06/2026: People giving 5 stars... are you blind? Hey there, manager in white who "tried" to resolve the issue. The image of the Ultra box is misleading, the photos make it look full, but there's hardly anything in it. It's a rip-off for €13.75. We wanted a refund, and the manager's response was: we could just add fries, that's all. A little extra on the manager? He speaks very rudely to his employees, almost outraged by his own way of speaking, showing a complete lack of respect.
Oh yeah, the box itself was completely cold.
The photo of the "hot dog" on the poster is a huge difference compared to the actual product.
Never again KFC. 🤣
At that price, go to BK or 3 Brasseurs (higher quality, slightly higher price).
17/06/2026: Honestly, it's ALWAYS a problem with this KFC. Last time they were out of chicken (seriously, a KFC without chicken, who would have thought?), and they keep running out of items. But yesterday we hit rock bottom: we ordered six buckets of chicken to watch the French national team match, so logically we'd get about ten different sauces, and we ended up with… zero sauce. None at all. Not even a packet of mayo or ketchup to go with the fries. It's just unacceptable at this point, it's getting really tiresome.

31/05/2026: In my opinion, this is one of the best tacos in Lyon! The tacos are generously filled and very tasty, with a special mention for the cheesy tacos, which are excellent.
The staff is truly fantastic: always welcoming, smiling, and friendly every time. It's a pleasure to eat here.
I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but this time it's important to point this out.
I've been going to this restaurant since the mid-1990s, and I've never seen such a decline. Closing times are not respected, whether in the dining room or at the drive-thru. Items are frequently out of stock, which is becoming a recurring problem.
This restaurant seems to be suffering from overcrowding that it can no longer manage. The result is undeniable: a sharp drop in service quality, long wait times, and a welcome that clearly leaves much to be desired. Sometimes you even get the feeling that the customer has become a burden rather than a priority.
It's regrettable, because this establishment used to be a benchmark. I ADVISE AGAINST GOING THERE.

But it's still fast food (Quick, McDonald's, Burger King...).

18/07/2026: I've been coming every week for a month now for World Cup toys, and they're never there! They're always out of stock! At the beginning of the week and at the end, I've never seen anything like it! Are they keeping them for themselves, I don't know?! Very strange.

01/03/2024: Excellent !!! l'accueil est vraiment chaleureux, les plats sont très bons, le restaurant est très propre. L'équipe est intentionnée, souriante, disponible. vraiment le meilleur PITAYA de Lyon et de loin. Si vous voulez passer un agréable moment et manger un bon repas n'hésitez pas !
