02/09/2024: Unbelievable I wait 50 minutes for an order even though it is a “FAST” food. In addition they put me a big tasty my order was a royal cheese but very good they changed it for me because I mentioned it but they also put me in it with coke even though I asked for fanta j I then had a surprise when I arrived home. I also added 9nuggets to this order but what did I expect? So I take 2 BBQ sauce and Garlic Mayo where are they? Not in my bag in any case missing perhaps? No professionalism, if I waited 50 minutes to get my order I would at least like it to be the right one.

22/09/2024: Very disappointed deplorable service dirty tray (a piece of salad) and uncooked pancakes
I pointed out the piece of salad in the middle of my breakfast tray and the person remained unmoved as they moved on to the next customer, well done
21/09/2024: I ordered a Big Tasty 2 meats to take away. Luckily I checked on the way because there was only one meat. I had to return to the restaurant to request a refund because I no longer had time to wait again for the ordered sandwich to be made. My lunch break was about to end.
No apology from the employee from whom I requested my refund.
They have so many customers why be correct with us.
