19/08/2026: The food is good, and the welcome is always friendly.
14/08/2026: The burgers were very good, but: the wait was incredibly long, 30 minutes for our order even though we were two groups of two people, so they only had two orders in progress. That's a long time for a fast food place. And then, of course, there was a mistake with their order; we received the other people's order, and the cheeseburger arrived without cheese… In short, it's a shame because it was good, but unfortunately, it doesn't make us want to come back.

08/08/2026: As a customer for years, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the products and portion sizes, despite a price increase on the menu. Half the time, they make a mistake with my order, forget the sauces, or give me the wrong ones. Today, there were no sauces in my meal simply because it was busy. They need to get their act together immediately. So, today, Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 12:45 PM, I went to pick up my usual order. The person next to me asked if it was possible to add a little salad. The cashier agreed, and then their colleague told them to add an extra €1. We're talking about a little salad, considering that this panini only contained one merguez sausage cut into four pieces. I'm so disappointed.
02/08/2026: The receptionist was very attentive and welcoming. I recommend it.

24/06/2026: I'm happy to commend the restaurant for its food (although the fries weren't anything special).
However, I must emphasize the poor quality of service. It was extremely frustrating to have to ask for the same things four, five, or even six times, despite having placed all our drink and food orders at once.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.
21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did.
Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders.
They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen.
The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable.
The air conditioning is too cold.
