24/06/2026: I'm happy to commend the restaurant for its food (although the fries weren't anything special).
However, I must emphasize the poor quality of service. It was extremely frustrating to have to ask for the same things four, five, or even six times, despite having placed all our drink and food orders at once.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.
21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did.
Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders.
They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen.
The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable.
The air conditioning is too cold.
