An employee made a mistake with a customer's order. It's not the mistake itself that shocks me; it can happen to anyone. However, **more than 10 minutes after serving the customer**, the employee realized his error. He then brought her the correct item and retrieved the one that had been on her tray all that time, putting it back into service. **How ​​can you take food that has already been served to a customer, left on her tray for more than 10 minutes, and then consider serving it again?** Once a product has been given to a customer, its hygiene can no longer be guaranteed. This type of practice raises serious questions about compliance with hygiene regulations and staff training. I hope that the management of Quick Stade de France will take this report seriously and provide an explanation of its procedures. **Customer food safety must never be neglected.**
