McDonald's
Arcueil
28/09/2026: I've been ordering from them or dining in for over a year now, and the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. The wait for an order is very long, and when you ask what the problem is, you're practically given a dirty look.
I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 24 years, in various roles, including as a manager. Frankly, you need to reorganize and hire competent and friendly staff. That's the bare minimum.
26/09/2026: I waited 29 minutes for my meal, even though the McDonald's was empty, but they prioritized Uber Eats orders. It's ridiculous.
Luckily, my order arrived hot at my table.

Starbucks
Arcueil
18/05/2026: So sad this Starbucks is closing!
A huge thank you to Sacha, Océane, Hanna, Théo, Thuan, and the whole team (I don't know the other three guys' names, sorry!), but in any case, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you for everything!!!! Best of luck, and we look forward to seeing you at other Starbucks locations ❤️
02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire.
My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee.
A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard.
The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case.
And he had.
Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen...
Especially since the products are quite expensive...
And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.

La Croissanterie
Arcueil
05/06/2025: Great atmosphere; from what I've heard from the staff, they're very friendly and helpful.
