08/03/2026: Incompetent manager. Won't refund a book. Didn't even try to find a solution. We were the only ones there, so no one to serve us... And on top of that, they were out of sauces! Terrible.

03/03/2026: The service was rude and unprofessional; they don't know how to communicate with customers. I don't recommend this McDonald's; I left with a knot in my stomach.

10/03/2026: This place used to be warm and welcoming, but now it's nothing more than a gloomy den with a sickening atmosphere and tasteless, reheated frozen food. I felt sorry for that young student waiter who was yelled at like a petty criminal. When you're frustrated and insecure, you avoid managing a team; it just goes to show that size doesn't make the man.

03/03/2026: I love the atmosphere and the decor. But the quality is declining. Last time the pizza was lukewarm. And this weekend, the steak, fries, and salad: The steak was so thin it was barely pink and lukewarm. The fries were good. The salad...it was one leaf. Someone needs to explain to the cook that "fries and salad" means half fries and half salad. And the sauce was two tablespoons. No more. My mother sent her lukewarm steak back. It came back lukewarm. We'll come back because we've had good meals before, but it will be the last time if there's another mistake. The waitress was friendly and very professional. She was eager to please us. But if the cook can't keep up...
