27/06/2026: I am very disappointed with my order. The ice creams I picked up at the drive-thru were completely melted, which is unacceptable. As for the caramel sundaes, they were practically devoid of caramel: just a thin layer at the bottom of the cup, that's all. Paying for a product that doesn't match the description at all is unacceptable. It's high time you seriously reviewed the organization and quality control of your restaurant, because this level of service is far from acceptable.

26/06/2026: The chocolate Mac Pops dessert doesn't match the advertisement. The soda is undrinkable, with a strange taste and no bubbles or carbonation.
