12/04/2026: I've already been to Amorino at the François Mitterrand Library, and as always, the service in Thiais Village is excellent! The team is super friendly, attentive, and very professional. A big thank you for brightening my family's day with your delicious ice cream!

26/08/2026: I ordered one of the new drinks in the largest size. When I left, I realized the cup was just filled with ice. I went back and spoke to the woman at the register. I was quite surprised by her polite but aggressive reaction. She took my cup, threw it away, and made another one with a very awkward attitude. I apologized, and she responded aggressively, pointing her fingers, "I'm doing my job, period. Taste it! Is that okay with you?" I emphasize the word aggressive.
Wow, it's been a very long time since I've been in a Starbucks... I think this will be the last time.

16/07/2026: Dirty restaurant. Filthy toilets. Unfriendly staff. The ice cream they served me was already melted, and when I asked for a straw, they refused because "it's only for milkshakes." I should have shown them the ice cream to prove that I did, in fact, have a milkshake.
13/07/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment (July 11th around 9:30/10:00 PM). While the food met my expectations, the service was unacceptable.
I experienced an abnormally long wait for a small order (15 minutes for an ice cream, followed by another 15 minutes for a drink that I had to ask for twice). No apology was offered for these oversights.
The most unacceptable aspect was the staff's attitude: I observed two kitchen employees using their phones instead of working. Beyond the lack of professionalism, this poses a serious hygiene problem, especially since they weren't wearing hairnets. All this in a restaurant that was only a quarter full.
In short: A complete lack of consideration and nonexistent service.
