26/08/2026: Very disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru today. I dealt with a young woman who, in my opinion, was particularly unpleasant and disrespectful in the way she spoke to me. I can understand that there might be stress or a busy schedule, but that doesn't justify a lack of respect for customers.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. I hope the team will take this kind of behavior into account so that customer service can be improved.
