22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's last Saturday around 12:30 AM. A brunette woman named Julie took my order at the drive-thru. I entered my McDonald's ID, and everything seemed fine from that point on. Then, when I went to pay, I realized that Julie had removed my account and added her own to take advantage of the points I had earned. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Unfortunately, it saddens me greatly that at your age you still do things like this. It's depressing for you, and you won't get anywhere in life with that mentality.
22/05/2026: The displayed delivery time is completely inaccurate. With the actual delivery time, I could have walked there and back. And you're charging a fee... We're paying for a service, not a hassle. We're way past the point of "fast" food...
And it's quite amusing that there's no indication of the time you pay for the order when you want to see the delivery time. Afraid of the actual timing?
Seen on the credit card receipt. Payment at 11:25 PM, estimated delivery at 12:50 AM... 1.5 hours to deliver a McDonald's 2km away? You're taking your customers for a ride!!!

As a store manager, I greatly appreciate his customer-focused approach. Oliver is very polite and always focused on his work. His consistency over several months is truly remarkable.

26/06/2026: A very bad experience, especially with the cashier girl with the short, slightly orange-blonde, unkempt hair. She didn't seem to want to work and her attitude towards customers was unacceptable. Immature and just unprofessional, I don't understand how you hire people like that. If you're not happy being there, stay home.

35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food....
In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed !
In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream.
Brief :
I will never go there again
