20/04/2026: Booked a room the day before the Ultra TransAubrac. Excellent welcome, very high-quality food, and breakfast was available from 4 a.m. for runners. Great value for money and top-notch staff.
14/04/2026: Friendly, delicious food, super bathroom, and a comfortable bed. We were on our way back via the A75 and stopped spontaneously in this beautiful village. Highly recommended.

20/12/2025: Today, December 20, 2025, we left Montpellier for Clermont-Ferrand for the holidays. We stopped in Laissac for the baby because the highway was blocked by farmers. We stopped at this restaurant, which was initially closed. They let us in so we could feed the baby... they were so kind!
Happy birthday again, have a lovely evening, and happy holidays!

28/12/2025: Appalling service...despite a €2 tip and a pastis...the owner refused to let the third person use the toilet, saying it wasn't a fashion show.
We were stranded after the A75 motorway was closed.
