27/02/2026: We arrived as a group of three on a Friday at 1:05 PM, but they were no longer serving; it was too late! Never seen anything like it in the area. What a shame.

06/02/2026: The food truly deserves special mention: flavorful, beautifully presented, and generous portions. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish—a real treat. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I'd also like to highlight the service, and especially Nadège: a thoughtful waitress with a genuine desire to do things well. She's genuinely kind, and that makes all the difference. You can tell they put their heart into it. A place we'll gladly return to.

29/03/2026: Due to personal issues, we hadn't returned. Therefore, we were surprised not to find any menus available. It's a shame the electronic holiday voucher service is down! Furthermore, for customers with nut allergies, the choice remains difficult.

25/02/2026: A superb Cévennes experience! We came for one night to enjoy the winter activities at Prat Peyrot and left delighted. A very warm welcome, an immaculate and well-heated room. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast incredibly generous. We were truly thrilled with our stay and will definitely be back!

23/02/2026: Surrounded by nature, with the tranquility of the high-altitude forest. Restaurant, hotel, mountain refuge. Family atmosphere, attentive and high-quality service. Quality at reasonable prices. Very friendly welcome. Ample parking. Electric bike charging station. Located at the crossroads of well-marked hiking trails. Mountain biking and gravel biking trails. And then there's the peace and quiet, with the sun filtering through the trees and the spring flowing at the foot of the property. Truly a unique place to discover.

The cuisine is refined, fresh, and perfectly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and a true attention to detail. 15/03/2026: Hello, a negative review for the person taking reservations. We booked for 1 p.m. and were told, "Sorry, we thought it was for noon," and were turned away. It's a shame because usually everything goes smoothly. They won't see me again.

21/03/2026: While passing through Alès, we stumbled upon this restaurant. We weren't disappointed by the duck breast and the ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce. The dessert was also very good. A very warm welcome. Highly recommended.
