04/09/2026: Why is Le Gibbon on the second page when searching for a restaurant near the AllSuites hotel? It's a 5-minute walk away, and the service, the setting (interior decor or terrace overlooking the pond), the food (delicious yogurt/herb sauce for the rump steak, cooked to perfection), the cocktails (superb Negroni)—everything is perfect from the welcome to the plate, and it's good value for money. 01/09/2026: Beautiful setting! Excellent service! Exquisite cuisine, absolutely delicious! I had the chance to try several dishes, and they were all wonderful! I come back every time I'm in La Teste-de-Buch!
