Everyone involved, from reception to the kitchen and service staff, is exceptional, both for their good humor and their knowledge of the products served. Furthermore, my wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and were treated like royalty. A huge thank you to Nathan and Malo for this wonderful and warm welcome, to Thibault for his advice, and of course to the entire team for the delicious meal, not forgetting Stéphanie who makes the best cocktails. 04/09/2026: An unexpected encounter with Nathan and Malo quickly sparked our curiosity to visit their restaurant, "LE CABANON." From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a sublime setting, a warm welcome, delicious cuisine that left us speechless 🤭, and service from a young, dynamic, and friendly team. My husband and I, originally from the Lot region (46), will cherish this memory and have only one desire: to return very soon 🤪 A big BRAVO to everyone, keep up the great work! 👌

03/09/2026: Hello, I didn't go to the restaurant in La Teste, but I'm writing this review directly from the guinguette at Domaine de Milon, which offers catering services for appetizers. The quality of the food was fine, however, the "trilogy of salmon" platter at €12 for four measly slices of salmon and a tiny bowl of salmon rillettes seemed a bit excessive. There are limits to taking advantage of your customers, and you've clearly crossed them this time. Just so you know.

03/09/2026: The food is absolutely delicious and refined. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the set lunch menu for €19 and we weren't disappointed: a very good starter and main course with superb presentation, and a delicious French toast dessert. A top-notch restaurant. The service is also excellent. While it's not located by the ocean or a lake, it's definitely worth a visit.

28/08/2026: Twice I drove 30 km to eat here and they told me the kitchen was already closing (??). It was 8 am and they close at 9:30. Very bad.

24/05/2026: As a local resident of Arcachon, I'm familiar with the local establishments and therefore feel compelled to share my experience compared to other places I've tried. For the price, the view is undeniably lovely and definitely enhances the experience. However, the menu selection and service leave something to be desired. The wait for our food was quite long, and as for the champagne, it felt almost like we had to serve ourselves. At €100, such a limited menu offering, like three scoops of sorbet, seems a bit meager, especially for an establishment that aims to position itself as a premium restaurant. There are plenty of staff, but the organization is inefficient. This is all the more surprising given that the service is much better downstairs at the hotel, where the portions are far more generous, with a wider selection at the brasserie. Find the mistake… In short: very beautiful view, but the overall experience doesn't quite live up to the price.

04/09/2026: Why is Le Gibbon on the second page when searching for a restaurant near the AllSuites hotel? It's a 5-minute walk away, and the service, the setting (interior decor or terrace overlooking the pond), the food (delicious yogurt/herb sauce for the rump steak, cooked to perfection), the cocktails (superb Negroni)—everything is perfect from the welcome to the plate, and it's good value for money. Spread the word!

15/07/2026: Perfect during our visit on Monday evening. The food, the welcome, the atmosphere—everything was perfect. There were five of us, including two children, and we had absolutely no complaints. A huge thank you to Jeanne, the waitress, who was fantastic and lovely.

The staff was friendly, and the owner even came to ask if everything was alright (even if the flank steak takes a little longer to be cooked "medium" 😉 he'll understand!). Very good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant with its lovely, pleasant terrace.

09/08/2026: Avoid this place if you're visiting Arcachon. The staff is friendly, but the food (the most important thing for a restaurant) is really poor quality. The desserts are clearly mass-produced and sugary. The ice cream, for example, is just syrup. And in the small mixed glass cups, there's always water at the bottom… It's anecdotal in itself, but it still shows the restaurant's quality. Because if even the basics aren't there, what can you expect? I'm talking about the pepper, which is served in a plastic container (a pepper mill, is that a luxury??), and which looks more like sand than real pepper 🤷. As for the main courses, the fries were really hard, almost frozen (although they were hot). Given the simplicity of the dish, the burgers were simply awful. Not only are they tiny, but there's absolutely no effort put into the presentation. I didn't try the buffet, but from what I saw, it's as basic as it gets, with very little choice, unless you like sliced ​​Cochonou sausage. I really don't understand how there can be so many positive reviews, apart from those posted by local regulars (I get the impression that they make up the majority of the clientele). For a few days in Arcachon, there are so many better options. I deeply regret ever going there.
