25/04/2026: It's a restaurant you might not immediately notice, but it's definitely worth stopping by. Thank you for the warm and welcoming experience. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
18/04/2026: Nice decor, pleasant setting with shaded parking, friendly staff, family atmosphere, and excellent but slightly pricey à la carte food. However, the €36 set menu is very good value for money. Worth trying.

10/03/2026: We eat here regularly and it's always a pleasure. The dishes are delicious, generous, and really inexpensive, which is rare these days. The atmosphere is very friendly; you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive.
The decor is superb and gives the restaurant a lot of charm. You can tell that everything is done with care.
In addition, the servers are all very kind, smiling, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The service is also perfectly paced: neither too fast nor too slow. You have time to chat and enjoy the moment, while still being served within a very reasonable timeframe.
A place where you eat well, in a great atmosphere, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: In our opinion, this is the best oyster shack in the Port of La Teste, and we've tried them all. A lovely dining room for winter, a beautiful terrace for sunny days. High-quality oysters and perfectly prepared side dishes sourced from a local partner. It can get a bit crowded at times, but that's the price of success! And it's worth it.

The price was increased because of a DJ set for senior citizens that we weren't interested in; it was also very noisy, making it impossible to have a conversation at our table.
The couscous was so disgusting we had to leave it on the plate.
For €26, I'd rather go to a proper restaurant with friendly staff who prioritize customer satisfaction.

12/04/2026: For me, it's one of the best, not the best restaurant in the Arcachon Basin… Having left the Arcachon Basin more than 10 years ago, we make sure to come back every summer to treat our taste buds. A meal at Eric Thore's is part of that pilgrimage… We enjoy seeing the friendly owner and the always very professional waiter. 👍🏾👌🏾

14/04/2026: I want to thank the owner for my daughter's 18th birthday party. The welcome was fantastic, I was able to have the decorations I wanted, she was very flexible, friendly, and attentive. The prices were very reasonable, and the tapas were delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves 😁 especially with the salmon. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed, rustic meal. Thank you again for everything!
