Good meat
27/08/2024: Located in “So-pi”, a trendy name in the southern Pigalle district, the Flesh restaurant offers a menu based on meat food. Red meat, chicken and pork ribs. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is courteous and efficient. However, the value for money is not excellent. The steak in particular is disappointing. The pork ribs are good. White wine by the glass gives the impression of being made with water, which is surely not the case. Very good point, sparkling water is almost free…

31/08/2024: The price for tacos is insane and portion is super small. I’m not gonna even mention we paid 50 eur for 3 tacos and they forgot to pack one portion. Amazing.

25/06/2024: Mains were OK, the starters were very nice, but unfortunately the service wasn't. Weird service that's the only way to put it, there was a gentleman who I think is the owner and waited on us, he was sitting on a lounger on his phone with his head phones in most of the time. Just found his approach rude, hostile and would definitely not go back.
12/06/2024: For the first time, as two Japanese residents of Paris, we visited without a reservation, but the owner himself warmly greeted us in both French and English. We were free to choose from the available seats and opted for a window seat with a great view. The menu was meticulously explained, and we could access it in various languages via a QR code. We ordered two simple starters and a 1.2kg aged rib steak. The staff showed us the meat before cooking it, and we watched as it was expertly cooked over a firewood stove, reminiscent of a campfire. The steak was cooked to perfection and came with a delightful array of sides, including potatoes, salad, ratatouille, and an assortment of sauces. We even got to take the bone home. The exceptional food and hospitality made for an unforgettable experience. The price was worth every penny. Thank you, and I will definitely return!
